Arriving by Air:

You can fly into Denver International Airport or Eagle Airport. We’ve included information about both below.

Denver International Airport:

Vail is located approximately 120 miles west from Denver and about 2 hours from the Denver International Airport. All major airlines service the Denver airport daily, including the following:

Eagle County Regional Airport:

Conveniently located 25 miles west of Vail, two major carriers provide service to this airport including the following:

Transportation to and from Denver Airport and Eagle Airport:

Epic Mountain Express (EME) provides transportation in a shared sprinter Van directly to your hotel from the Denver International Airport. EME is a very professional and reliable shuttle service and a great option for those who do not need a car while visiting Colorado. Please note this is a SHARED shuttle.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Sebastian Hotel, Vail Colorado

We have a limited number of rooms on a first come first serve basis, at a discount at the Sebastian Hotel. This lodging option is a short walk from the Gondola and is centrally located in Vail Village. It has a wonderful pool, spa, and dining options.

Rate is $369 + $62 resort fee and tax. Valet is additional if renting a car.

Guests will be required to pay the first and last night’s room rate as a deposit.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus a $75.00 processing fee.

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
